All attendees must register.
The registration fee includes the Sunday reception, refreshment breaks,
Mexican Fiesta, Luau, symposium proceedings and materials.
Registration packets will be available Sunday through Thursday at the
Bahia hotel. Fees are summarized below.
Early Registration
Early symposium registration is highly recommended. Register
with full payment by Friday August 29 to qualify for the lower registration
fees (see below). Acceptable forms of payment include checks or
money orders in the form of US dollars (and payable through US banks), international wire transfer or credit card (Discover,
American Express, Diners, Visa or MasterCard). To register, print the
attached registration form and mail to the
Registration Coordinator (see below) with full payment.
Make payment to: IEEE/NPSS SOFE97. You will be sent an acknowledgement
upon receipt of your registration with payment.
Registration at the Symposium
Cash (US currency), checks (personal and travelers) and money
orders will be accepted. Registration and general information will be
available Sunday through Thursday at the Bahia hotel.

Payment Methods
Registration payments can be made by check, credit card (Discover, American
Express, Diners, Visa or Mastercard), or by international wire transfer.
- Checks should be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

- Credit card payments should be faxed to Ms. Siegrist, as information
sent on the internet is not secure. The following information is needed:
- Name exactly as it appears on card
- Card #
- Expiration date
Credit cards will not be reimbursed in
case of cancellation; attendees would receive a check instead.

Registration cancellation will be honored if it is before Friday, September 12,
1997. Otherwise, no refund will be available. Refund checks will be available
to the cancelled registrants no later than November 30, 1997.
