The United States and Japan have a long history of collaborating on compact toroidal (CT) plasma research. This workshop alternates between the US and Japan every year and CTFusion is pleased to host the 2018 US-Japan CT Workshop in Portland, OR, USA, Nov. 2-4, 2018. We welcome your participation and presentations on the current progress of CT plasmas. Topics discussed will include improved physical understanding, confinement, novel applications, and diagnostic techniques applicable to CT plasmas.

Registration fees are $350 for regular participants, $250 for students, and $65 for additional banquet tickets. Registration includes continental breakfast all three days, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and an evening banquet. Registration fees are payable on the website via PayPal or by cash or check at the door.

The registration deadline is September 14th, 2018. The housing deadline is October 16th, 2018, although we encourage reservations as soon as possible. Special conference rates under the block "US-Japan CT Workshop" are $159 for single and double rooms, $169 for triple, and $179 for quad rooms.
